1. What's the story behind "Niko Niko"? 

"Niko Niko" is a Japanese expression that translates to "smiley." At Niko Niko, we aim to bring smiles to our customers' faces by being part of their celebrations with our products.

 

2. What are your operating hours? 

Our customer service is available during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

 

3. Can I suggest a product for future collections? 

Absolutely! We value your input and want to meet your needs. Feel free to share your suggestions through email or our social media pages.

 

4. Where do I get a coupon code? 

Exclusive first-time discounts are available for all Niko Niko Party Club subscribers. Sign up now to receive this special offer, and follow our social media pages for regular updates on promotions.

 

5. What are the delivery/pick-up options? 

We offer three convenient options to get your items:

  • Standard shipping: Delivery takes 1 to 4 days via LBC, Gogoexpress, or Ecomove. It is free for orders amounting to PHP 1,500 and above. For orders below PHP 1,500, we will ask for a minimal fee of PHP 150. 
  • Same-day delivery: Receive your parcels on the same day via Lalamove, Grab, or Ecomove. The cut-off for this service is at 12 NN, and rates vary depending on the drop-off location.
  • Pick-up: Collect your items at our Makati City location.

So that you know, delivery expenses are to be shouldered by the client. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we'll coordinate with you accordingly.

 

6. What shipping option do I choose for digital products like invitations?

Please select Not Applicable upon check-out. 

 

7. Do you deliver outside Metro Manila? 

We deliver within Metro Manila but are open to making special arrangements for non-Metro Manila deliveries. Please feel free to contact us through our social media or email to talk about your requirements.

 

8. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Gcash and Bank Transfers to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank. Cash-on-delivery is not available now, but we're working on adding more payment channels for your convenience.

 

9. Do you have a physical store? 

We have yet to get a physical store, but we're hopeful about the future! Fingers crossed

 

10. Can I change or edit my order details? 

You can change your order, including your address and mobile number, if we still need to receive your payment. If you need to make any adjustments, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately.

 

11. Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if we still need to ship the items. Please contact us immediately, and we'll help you with the cancellation process.

 

12. Can I request a refund or exchange? 

Our goal is to make you smile with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, we allow refunds or exchanges within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.
